What are my options for barrel racing my pony?

I have a Mustang pony named Dodger that is about 13.2 hands but he is FAST! Ive entered him in barrels and poles at a local type level and he only falls into second place on barrels by a mere second to the bigger horses. He is amazing in poles and usually takes second too. This little gelding pours his heart out on the patterns and comes so close to beating the big fast horses...I want to know what my options are in getting him into classes with horses his size? Is there like pony division in NBHA?? I live in Michigan....any pony divisions here? I dont really know much about finding correct classes to enter him. But I know if I could find actual classes to enter him in with other ponies his size, he would win everytime hands down. Please help me get him to his full potential :(
