Where are the best seats at Dodgers staduim?

i was wondering if some of you guys could help. im on a very tight budget, proebebly the max i can goto is 25 dollars. anywhere i can know whats happing in the game not like at the top of tops where you need binoculers to see whats happing.plz answer
