What's the biggest rivalry in MLB?

Definitely Dodgers vs Giants. Red Sox and Yankees might get more coverage, but man is there some real enmity between the Dodgers and Giants. It's been around for over 100 years, and all throughout California, and even New York, you have die hard fans who instantly dislike opponents fans and who follow the rivalry closely.
